Can u hunt squirrel with a 20 gauge? How about rabbit? How about coyote?

Yes to all 3.

The squirrel you may have a lot of pellets in it. Use the lightest load of #8 shot you can.

For rabbit, I recommend #6 shot, 1oz.

for Coyote, you'll have to get them in close, and I recommend buckshot.

Make sure buckshot is legal in your situation. Can u hunt squirrel with a 20 gauge? How about rabbit? How about coyote?
YES! The shotgun by it's ability to change shot size and choke constriction makes it a very versatile firearm capable of taking everything from bobwhite quail up to and including white tail deer. You need to match your shotshell with the game your going after. For squirrel or rabbit I'd use a game load of #6 shot. For the coyote I'd want something bigger like 3 buckshot or even a slug. Can u hunt squirrel with a 20 gauge? How about rabbit? How about coyote?
A Savage model 24F. The Savage 24F is an over/under, break-open rifle with the top barrel in a caliber ranging from .220 to .30-30. The bottom barrel can be 16, 20, or 12 gauge. Obviously, if they come in close, you've got a shotgun to hit 'em with. If they hang up, you can reach out and get 'em with the rifle (top) barrel. Fitted with a 1.5x shotgun scope, it is the ultimate coyote gun!
yes, I do with a .20 ga ddb Fox Savage. Modifide and full chock . For squerals I use #4 shot. Rabbits # 6. Coyots buckshot 3 inch and shot within 50 yards. You can harvest almost anything with a 20ga shotgun even wild turkeys, ducks, geese, phesents even deer with a slug. If you use the right amo and know your distance limitations a 20 can be used to hunt most game in the US.
* Yes * use Number 4 shot for Rabbits, number 6 shot for Squirrel, use rifled slugs only for Coyote.* Winchester recommends using Only Rifled Slugs on Coyote in a 20 gauge, No Shot Shells.*
Definitely for squirrel and rabbit

you'd need to use buckshot or a slug for coyotes. Also, you'd have to get closer to the 'yote than you would if you used a rifle.
squirrel and rabbit yes sure it would be good. You probably would not be able to get close enough to a yote, plus the 20 gauge is a little small for something that size.
Squirrel and rabbit yes. Coyote would not be recommended unless your state allows you to use slugs and then only at close range: (50 yds or closer).
Yes, a 20 gauge is legal to hunt anything. Provided you have the right ammo.
first two you can with spread shot, coyotes with slugs.
sure:

squirrel/ rabbit: birdshot, up to #4 size
