i go hunting a lot and need the perfect dog for the job.What would be the absolute best dog fro hunting ducks and squirrels and likes to be in water?
I personaly chose the Golden Retriever as I live in the West where it can get cold so she has a little more tolerance than the Labrador Retriever. Either one will work great! I recommend the Golden though, mainly because they have calmer more likable personalities, tend to be more wise and just have a better demeanor overall.What would be the absolute best dog fro hunting ducks and squirrels and likes to be in water?
alot of dogs will do the job you want. Lab retrievers are probably the best bet for you if you dont mind all the shedding. But good training is more important than the breed of the dog. As long as its not a poodle or anything, heheh..
