Is hunting grey squirrels legal in the UK?

It sure is legal. You should do your best to kill by whatever legal means as many as possible. Last year I shot and trapped 110 tree rats.Is hunting grey squirrels legal in the UK?
The best method of Grey Squirrel control is the Kania Trap 2000. It is effective, humane kill, no re-locating. Place the trap 5-7 feet above the ground on a tree trunk, under eves, or in an attic away from children and non- target species. Best bait is peanut butter, or nuts in their shells. Is hunting grey squirrels legal in the UK?
Yes.

Greys are considered a pest and can be shot, baited or caught. They are also a real threat to birds as they eat their eggs.

They don't taste very good either - a bit like the greasy, sinewy bits of chicken that you leave on your plate!
shoot as many as poss they are vermin a tree rat, you will be fined or charged for killing of red squirrels as they are protected, but whack those grays.
