I guess it would be legal if your local laws say you can hunt with a semi auto and you had a small game license.


Personally I wouldn't because if someone saw you walking in the woods with a ';ak47'; they would probably flip and call the cops, get a rugger 10/22 if you want to hunt with a semi
It all depends on your state and local laws. There is some states that has issues with high cap mags while others don't. I honestly don't see it being an issue with it being a rimfire but I would double check. Also look into the GSG AK-47. Their rifles are way more realistic and work great.

If your State allows semi auto .22 rifles with normal or large capacity mags then yes.
That thing is a piece of crap- go traditional and get a 10/22 or 597.
