What are good public hunting places in south east Wisconsin for rabbit and squirrels?

I'm looking at going end of December after there is hopefully a little snow.What are good public hunting places in south east Wisconsin for rabbit and squirrels?
Black Hawk Unit- Lower WI State Riverway-Size: 800 acres, all state owned.


Location: Hwy. 78, 6 miles north of Mazomanie, or 3 miles south of Sauk City on Hwy. 78.


Principal Wildlife: Deer, turkeys, squirrels, rabbits, song birds.


Other Recreation: Hiking, cross country skiing, birdwatching, historical site.


Habitat: Upland hardwoods, abandoned fields, prairie, savanna.


Contact: Tower Hill State Park.





Goose Lake Wildlife Area-Size: 2,277 acres, (2,103 owned, 174 leased).


Location: From Deerfield, go north on Hwy. 73, 2 miles to Hwy. BB, then east on BB 1 mile.


Principal Wildlife: Pheasants, squirrels, rabbits, turkeys, waterfowl, deer, furbearers, songbirds.


Other Recreation: Birdwatching, fishing, hiking.


Habitat: Bog lake, semi-bog lake, grassland, oak knobs, marsh, forest, cropland.
