Is it legal to hunt squirrels in minnesota without a license.?

Im 16 years old and i was wondering if i would need a license to hunt squirrels with a .177 caliber pellet gun.Is it legal to hunt squirrels in minnesota without a license.?
Don't know about about MN, but in DE you have to have a hunting license, to legally kill game once you turn 16... If you are younger than 16 you don't need to have one, but must be with a hunting licensed, adult... In either case, you must have completed a hunter safety course %26amp; you must only hunt in seasons %26amp; bag limits... There are also limits on how small of a caliber or shot you can use on different game... granted I'm not sure of what that is on squirrel... Yours may be allowed, check with your states dept. fish %26amp; game.Is it legal to hunt squirrels in minnesota without a license.?
blake, squirrels are considered a pest, and are legal to hunt.

To answer the question, here in BC all you need is a valid hunting license and permission of the landowner (if you're hunting on private property that is) but theres no bag limit or season, which means you can hunt 'em anytime and hunt as many as you want.

I would think the rule in Minny should be somewhat the same, maybe a bit different, but the same idea.
in penna. you need a license and you can only shoot 6 a day...but you cant use an airrifle in pa. to hunt...better check...
I would call the DNR before I went out. In Michigan I am pretty sure that you would need one.
