I want to hunt squirrel with something quite so i won't distract my big game animals(deers). Plz Help! :)Is it legal to hunt squirrel in California with an airgun .22 or .177 cal on squirrel season?
yes you can, with either ! just look in your mammals hunting manual in the shooting regulations. i think its in section 311.f. only restriction is that you must use a .20cal or bigger for hunting turkey!
