Lol act like a nut, Lol, relay, if you hunt ting squirrels, the best way i found is to walk slow threw the woods, ,look, for movement,, list ion, for sound they make,, but if you want to bring them to you, corn, , an brown sugar work well,
There are no scent attractants that I'm aware of for squirrels. Camo is a must. They detect the littlest movement, especially from an above advantage view from the trees. If you want to use a squirrel call, I got the squirrel buster from Primos hunting calls.....and....I never had any luck with it lol. I find it better to just sit and wait for them to just come around. It takes awhile as a newbie. I use to spend hours out there and be like, what the heck, it seemed like they didn't exists, but they do. You will learn, it jut takes awhile. A savvy squirrel hunter is a savvy woodsman.
A day with no wind get in the woods early look for cuttings from them eating and where you find the most set up shop and wait.
Wow, I think it's a matter of where you live. I live out in the country in Missouri. Yes, we have all the regular things. Rabbit ears, TV's, 4X4's, and even a new convience store. Squirrels are everywhere. They find you. We're tired of eating them. We may have to go to Sonic. Their foot longs with chili are the same thing, but all in 1 package. Leave a trail of peanuts. They'll be eating out of your hand. 3 days is all it takes. Goober wears latex gloves, so it deflects their biting.
