Price doesn't matter huh?....... Some folks have suggested Anschutz... Avoid those... Yes they probably are the most accurate but they are set up more for Olympic Grade competition shoots so avoid......





2 Rifles come to mind.... #1 - Ruger 77/22... Very nice..

I do not own either one but do own other CZ and Ruger rifles and can attest both make a fine product.... In todays economic climate I suggest the Ruger because its made in USA but both are excellent....What are some good bolt action .22's you recommend for hunting squirrels?
I absolutely love my Ruger model 77/22 and model 77/22M. What I like about these rifles is that they have large rifle styling and were build with adults in mind. Many 22 rimfires seem to be targeted to smaller famed people, like kids and women. The Ruger has a rubber butpad (so it does not slip when you shoulder it), integral scope mounts and rings, and a detachable rotary magazine (not compaitable with the Ruger 10/22). I liked these rifles so much that I bought both the standard .22 LR version and the .22 Magnum.



Mossberg model 341 because it is very light with a 24 inch 1:16 target barrel and it is extremely accurate and the bolt action is so well made it feels like it's from a Mauser design good luck busting those nutters
