Yes or you can go to the sporting goods section at WalMart There $120. gets you a Daisy Powerline this little air rifle shoots 1200 fps. It also has a 3x9 scope with it.

I would agree. I would just buy a .22 LR they are way nicer. for 400 i might even buy a .22 mag. That is alot if your gonna spend 400 on an air rifle we have some issues.. buy a nice .22 with that.
That's the point where smart people would ditch the airgun and go with a .22. Even a Ruger 10/22 costs less. almost all .22 ammo outputs more power than a .177 pellet, almost all .22lr (or .22long) shoots at least 1100 fps. You will not need that much speed because the bullets are heavier.
The .22lr also has subsonic loads to make it quieter, than it already is. and its more than powerful enough to kill plenty of small stuff.
You are gonna spend 400 bones on an air rifle for hunting squirrels? Why not spend 125 and use CB caps in a .22?
crossman makes a 1000fps high powered pellet rifle with a scope at 99$ i kill squirells all the time no problem. 1000fps is perfect it goes straight through them.
