Looks like muzzle-loader although the new 2009-2010 regs are not out. I don't think it has changed. You can call if you need more proof. Good luck!
Why do you want to kill squirrels? Do you need the food? Why not just walk in the woods %26amp; observe them in their natural habitat?
i dont think so unless they are near extinction i think you could get animal cruelity charges if its not a one shot kill.
