When I squirrel hunt in WV, my father generally uses a 20 ga while I shoot a 17, but i am unaware of the game laws regarding rim fire hunting for varmint in Ohio.Is it legal to use a .17 HMR squirrel hunting in Ohio?
well dad i would say brings home a few more squierrls than you, also local hunting guides a on line for each state,, shootin a rifle up at any angle could make a down range issue,,as in house etc get a 22 and a good scope an shot on ground level whats a 17 crack like anyway 22 mag level or 218 bee??? ok thanks and check out the laws or regs of your state ,Is it legal to use a .17 HMR squirrel hunting in Ohio?
